I often wonder what it would be like to be a regular shopper at places like Neiman Marcus, Bergdorfs, or Saks. Could you imagine? Well, some of you probably do shop there, but this dream is for all of us thrifty, poor lassies.
With my head in the clouds in wishes of one day being a designer walking advertisement, I stumbled upon this insanely beautiful silk maxi dress by Nanette Lepore. Its price tag is a throat-clenching $558. GASP!
Gorgeous, isn't it?
Luckily, I found the budget friendly version of this look!

I dream of one day being a regular customer at the big department stores... In the meantime, like you, I just approximate the designer looks with inexpensive approximations from H&M and Zara. The funny thing is, sometimes the lower end designs are actually nicer. I like your maxi much better than the Nanette Lepore version, for example :) Can't wait to see you wear it, but I totally understand waiting for a photographer; I'm hopeless at doing my photos.
