This here blog is a culmination of my personal style, beauty, DIY projects, motherhood, and all things life. I guess you would call this a lifestyle blog. What kind of camera do you use?
I shoot with a Nikon D40 camera and use a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D lens.
What photo editing program do you use?
GIMP and PicMonkey. GIMP is like Photoshop, but downloadable and free! Kind of a tough learning curve at first, but all the tutorials are online!
How do you make your picture collages?
Once again, it is the magic of GIMP and tons of Youtube videos to learn all the tips and tricks.
Your lipstick is awesome. What color is it?
For plum lips, I use MAC Rebel. For red lips, I use Mary Kay's Rich Red Rouge Profound. A friend gave it to me like 4 years ago and it's not available anymore, but my second favorite is NARS Jungle Red. For pink lips, I use NARS Funny Face. If I'm feeling extra sassy I layer the red over the pink. Makes for an excellent combo.
Your skin looks so smooth! What do you do for your skincare and makeup?
First off, my skin is not anywhere near perfect and smooth. I am extremely acne prone and have the most sensitive skin known to man, with the exception of albino people. You can find my daily skincare secrets and beauty routine here!
